Host was responsive, place was very nice. Pictured and map indicated it was close to the water. While close to the water, most of the docks and access were private. Public access was just over 1/4 mile away. Which ended up being a drive with paddle boards etc. The place was nicely renovated, we were all very comfortable. A small upper AC unit in the summer would be a nice thing to add in the master or bunk room. Downstairs was comfortable, upstairs was warm. I’m sure the same would be true in the winter. Host, manages multiple properties, and was attentive to our needs during our week stay. Amazing location overall very chill. Kids loved it.

The house is beautiful and has ample space for multiple families. The kitchen is gorgeous and wonderful to cook for a group. The outdoor space is great for children to run and play. However, we did have some significant issues that caused problems for our group.

There was damage done to the house by previous renters. The pool table was broken and unsafe to use. The hot tub was broken when we arrived, but they were able to fix it so we could use it later. I had to spend at least an hour going around the house documenting and photographing damage done to the house to ensure we weren't charged for damage. Many of the sliding doors were either damaged or need maintenance. We ended up not being able to use one of the bathrooms because of damage. That is a problem when you have 12 people. I would've given 5 stars all around if it weren't for all the maintenance issues.

The property manager did respond quickly when we had an issue and tried to his best to help.
